My observations of the human primitives continue. They are a docile species, rendered zombified by their technology. These are communication devices called "phones" and "iPads", which hold their attention at all times. I doubt they will even notice an invasion happening. Indeed, I can even walk about without my helmet. Humans call me "Phil Mitchell" and "Mr Potato Head." I am unsure what this means. Nevertheless, I would advise a full invasion immediately - that is if the Doctor isn't on the planet.
